Human Resources Kathy Richard joined Weigh To Go Weight Loss Centers as the Human Resources Manager in February 2008. Kathy also works at Mark's Pharmacy located in Lake City. Prior to joining Weigh To Go, Kathy spent 24 years in the automotive industry with Durakon Industries as the Director Human Resources; and Modine Manufacturing in the Human Resources and Accounting Departments. In addition to automotive manufacturing, Kathy has been employed in the banking industry and city municipality. In August 2002, Kathy and her husband, Bruce, opened Cumberland Mountain Sporting Goods in the Andersonville/Clinton area which is currently open on a seasonal basis and upon request. Kathy has an Associates of Arts and Science Degree in Contemporary Management from Roane State Community College. She is a member of the Tennessee Valley Human Resources Association and the Society for Human Resources Managers. Together, Kathy and Bruce's children and grandchildren are Chris, his wife Kari, and their two children, Karissa and Grady; Brittany; Kelsy and her husband Matt who is currently serving in Iraq; and Cody.
